To the NEET exam centre 2025, candidates must carry:
A printed copy of NEET admit card with passport size photograph affixed in the provided space (photograph should be same as the one uploaded in the NEET 2025 application form)
One passport size photograph (for pasting in the attendance sheet)
One postcard size photograph (4’’X6’’) (should be pasted on the Porforma)
Any one government authorized photo ID card
PwD certificate (if claiming)

The NEET admit card is an important document that serves as an entry ticket to the examination hall. Candidates must not forget to carry NEET admit card with photograph 2025 to the NEET exam centre. In the NEET admit card 2025, candidates are required to affix a passport size photograph (same as the one uploaded in the NEET application form).
Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a passport size photograph to the NEET exam centre 2025. Candidates must not get confused about the passport size photo requirement in the NEET 2025 exam. One passport size photograph needs to be pasted on the NEET admit card and the other should be given to the invigilator to paste on the attendance sheet during the examination.
Candidates can either carry or can paste a passport size photograph in the NEET proforma themselves. The NEET 2025 proforma needs to be downloaded along with the admit card from the NEET official website. The proforma is a NEET undertaking, a self declaration form that mentions that the aspirant has read all the instructions mentioned in the NEET admit card.
As a part of NEET 2025 mandatory documents, candidates must carry any one government authorized photo identification proof. It must be original and valid. The photo ID proof can be:
PAN card
Driving License
Voter ID
Passport
Aadhaar Card
Ration Card

Another document required for NEET exam centre 2025 includes a PwD certificate. Candidates claiming reservation under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category must carry a valid PwBD certificate issued by a recognized medical authority.
Along with NEET 2025 mandatory documents, candidates must follow the NEET dress code as mentioned by the authority. NEET 2025 dress code and documents are important to be followed on the NEET exam day. The NTA has prescribed a specific dress code for males and females.
NEET dress code for female candidates: Female candidates should wear light, half-sleeved tops without elaborate embroidery. As per the NEET dress code for females, clothes with frills or layers, jewellery should not be worn at the exam centre.
NEET dress code for male candidates: Male candidates should wear light colored T-shirts or shirts with no pockets or full sleeves. Trousers or simple pants are recommended as a part of NEET dress code for male candidates.
Footwear: NTA has imposed footwear restrictions in the NEET 2025 exam. Female candidates should wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Male candidates should avoid closed shoes or any footwear with thick soles.
