The Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Goa, conducts the Goa NEET PG admission 2025. The authority has released Goa NEET PG round 2 schedule. The choice filling can be done from December 10 to 15. The seat allotment will be announced on December 18. Allotted candidates need to report till December 28 for admission process. Goa PG medical 2025 admissions is conducted for qualified aspirants in online, as well as, offline mode. The admission is granted based on the NEET PG/MDS rank, available seats, and reservation criteria. During the Goa PG medical admission counselling sessions, aspirants must register, fill in the choice of course and colleges and pay the fee.
According to the revised round 2 schedule released by MCC, the NEET PG counselling for round 2 choice filling has been extended till Friday, i.e. December 12, 2025, on mcc.nic.in.

For a candidate to be eligible to participate in Goa NEET PG admission 2025, they must meet several prerequisite conditions. The eligibility criteria for Goa NEET PG admission is mentioned in the table below.
Applicants must hold an MBBS pass certificate and have completed their MBBS at any institute/university recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Students must obtain a certificate of completion of their rotatory internship for 12 months.
As per the government's guidelines, the candidate's parents must be able to produce a domicile certificate of Goa.
An applicant must hold a permanent registration certificate from the National Medical Commission or State Medical Council.
The candidate should be physically fit.
It is mandatory for applicants to secure the minimum NEET PG cut off which is mentioned below.

Eligible medical graduates need to fill out the Goa PG 2025 application forms online, as well as, offline. Candidates who submit the application form of Goa PG are included in the merit list. To apply for Goa NEET PG/MDS, candidates must submit a completed application form to the open state for NEET PG counselling authority in offline mode.

Goa NEET PG 2025 merit list is prepared by the counselling authority based on the application forms submitted by the aspirants. Candidates are called for the counselling process whose names are included in the Goa PG medical/dental 2025 merit list. Candidates shortlisted for Goa State NEET PG counselling 2025 undergo the process in offline mode.
As part of Goa's PG medical counselling 2025, candidates have to provide their choice of college and speciality. With an All India rank of around 82,471 and UP state rank around 4,633 , your chances for MS Surgery in government colleges are very low. You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.
Choice filling strategy:
Top: Private/deemed colleges in UP for Surgery.
Backup: Other clinical branches (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology) in private/deemed colleges.
Safe: Non-clinical or less competitive branches in private/deemed colleges.
