Goa PG Medical Admission 2020 - Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is the body responsible for Goa PG 2020 medical admission. The authority will begin the admission process with the release of the application form of Goa PG 2020. In order to be eligible for Goa PG medical admission, candidates must qualify NEET PG 2020 with the minimum required percentile. The medical graduates must also ensure that they fulfil the basic eligibility and domicile criteria for Goa PG medical admission. Through Goa PG medical admission, 50% of the seats offered in government and private medical colleges will be filled. Medical graduates will be required to fill their NEET PG scores in the application form based on that a state merit list will be issued. Only those candidates whose name appear on the merit list of Goa PG 2020 will be invited to participate in the offline counselling. Admission to a total of 124 MD/MS and PG diploma will be granted through Goa PG medical admission 2020.

NEET PG 2020 is scheduled to be conducted in computer-based mode on January 5. The exam comprises of 300 Multiple choices questions based on MBBS syllabus. The result of NEET PG will be declared by January 31.

DTE, Bardez will release the application form of Goa PG medical admission 2020 in the first week of March 2020 along with the information brochure. Eligible candidates will be required to fill the application form in order to be considered in the merit list of Goa PG medical admission 2020. The application will be made available in offline and online mode. The last date to fill the application form is likely to fall in the third week of March. Candidates will have to submit the duly filled application form to the state counselling authority. Only after the successful submission of the application along with the payment of prescribed application fee, candidates will be considered for 50% state quota seats.
The eligibility criteria of Goa medical admission 2020 is the pre-requisite conditions that an aspirant must meet to be able to participate in the admission process. Read the certain eligibility conditions mentioned below.
Aspirants must have completed the MBBS from any institute/university recognised by Medical Council of India and also possess an MBBS pass certificate.
Students should obtain a 12 months rotatory internship completion certificate issued on or before March 31, 2020.
The parents of the candidate must be able to produce a Goa resident certificate as per the instructions issued by the government.
Aspirants must have the permanent registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
Candidates must be physically fit to complete the course.
It is mandatory for applicants to secure the minimum NEET PG cut off 2020 which is mentioned below.

The counselling authority will prepare Goa PG medical 2020 merit list on the basis of application form submitted by the aspirants. First, a provisional merit list of Goa PG medical admission 2020 will be released followed by the release of final merit list. The merit list will indicate the name of candidate, state merit rank, NEET PG rank, date of birth and percentile scores. Those candidates whose name will appear on the merit list will be invited to participate in the counselling of Goa PG medical 2020.
Eligible candidates will be required to report at the designated venue in order to participate in Goa PG medical 2020 counselling. The counselling of Goa PG medical 2020 will be conducted in offline mode. Tentatively, the counselling will commence in the first week of April 2020. The candidates must give their preferences for college and course at the time of counselling. The seat allotment will be done based on the preferences given by the candidate, rank achieved in Goa PG medical merit list and availability of seats. Total three round of Goa PG medical counselling 2020 will be conducted subject to the vacant number of seat. Candidates who have been allotted seat in a particular round will be required to report at the designated medical/dental college to complete the admission formalities. Following documents have to be carried along while reporting at the assigned college.
