The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the NEET PG 2024 merit list for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats at natboard.edu.in. A direct link to download the merit list of 50% AIQ seats of NEET PG 2024 is provided below. Only aspirants who have qualified for the NEET PG entrance exam are included in the rank list. The All India 50% Quota Scorecard of NEET PG 2024 can be downloaded from nbe.edu.in on/after September 10, 2024. Based on the scores obtained, the authority prepares the NEET PG merit list 2024. Candidate's category, PwD status, rank, 50% AIQ rank, 50% AIQ category rank along roll number are mentioned in the 2024 NEET PG rank list.

Based on ranks mentioned in the NEET PG 2024 merit list, aspirants are eligible to participate in the counselling of NEET PG 2024 for AIQ seats which is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). NBE transfers the prepared NEET MD/MS merit list to concerned state counselling authorities. A combined, as well as category-wise wise rank list of NEET PG 2024 is prepared by the respective state counselling committees, which is derived from the merit list of NEET PG 2024. In case of two or more candidates secure equal rank, NBE resolves the tie using the tie-breaking methodology.
NEET PG 2024 admissions are conducted for Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), and PG Diploma seats offered by the government, private, deemed, central, and ESIC medical colleges of the country. Candidates need to search their roll numbers in NEET PG 2024 rank list.
Since the merit list will be available in PDF format, download it for future reference.
Along with the common merit list, aspirants also have to download the NEET PG merit list for 50% All India Quota candidates.
Aspirants must secure the minimum NEET PG cutoff percentile as specified by the authority. NBE releases the category-wise qualifying percentile, which is available in the table below.

NBE will releases the following types of NEET PG 2024 merit list.
This list includes the roll numbers of candidates who will appear for the entrance examination. Aspirants will be allotted a rank as per their qualifying status.
This list includes the candidates who have qualified for the test and are eligible for NEET PG 2024 counselling of 50% All India Quota seats. Candidates belonging to the state of Jammu and Kashmir will not be included in the NEET PG 2024 merit list.
It is a category-wise rank list mentioning the NEET PG 2024 rank of aspirants as per their respective categories. This merit rank will be valid only for 50% All India Quota seats.
The respective state/UTs state counselling committees will derive separate PG medical merit lists on the basis of the NEET PG 2024 rank list with marks. This merit list will be used for admission to 50% state quota seats and all seats in private colleges.
In case, if the scores of two or more candidates will be equal, the authority will determine the following tie-breaking procedures to resolve the issues.

8. | Candidates older in age will be awarded higher rank. |
NBE releases the result of NEET PG 2024 in online mode. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying percentile are included in the NEET PG result. The qualified candidates can download the scorecard of NEET PG 2024 by logging in with their User ID and password.
Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts NEET PG counselling rounds for admission to 50% AIQ, all seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC and AFMC colleges. MCC conducts 4 rounds of NEET PG 2024 All India Quota counselling - round 1, round 2, mop-up round and stray vacancy round. Through the MCC NEET PG 2024 counselling, the AIQ fresh registrations are allowed in the first three rounds and not in the spot round.
The counselling for respective states is done by their committees based on the NEET PG state-wise merit list 2024. The state-wise counselling is held for admission to the remaining 50% state quota seats and all seats in private medical colleges located in the particular state.

At this rank it is difficult for you to get admission in clinical branch as last year cutoff rank was upto 10000 even your rank is not enough for DNB as this course gives admission under 30 k rank
Allt this rank you may get biochemistry, pharmacology, micro biology, physiology, anatomy etc.you need to pay fees more than 12 lakh for these courses and get stipend every month approx 35k.

Reservation Advantage: Since reserved categories typically have lower cutoff ranks than regular categories, being in the SC category greatly boosts your prospects.
Demand for Specialisations: Compared to ENT, anaesthesia is typically less competitive, therefore your prospects of getting a seat in anaesthesia may be higher.
Past Year's Cutoffs: To have a better understanding of your possibilities, it's best to look at the past year's cutoff ranks for SC category seats in ENT and anaesthesia. These ranks change every year.
Counselling Rounds: Take part in every counselling round; there may be openings in subsequent rounds.
In a government college, you may be able to get a seat in anaesthesia or maybe ENT depending on your rank and category.
