Prevciously, the NEET-PG exam was conducted in 256 cities all over the country. While filling out the NEET PG application form 2023, students must indicate their preference for the exam city.

NEET PG 2023 exam centre - COVID advisory by NBE
NBE will likely release the COVID advisory that must be followed at the NEET PG exam centre. On the day of the NEET PG 2023 exam, candidates should adhere to the instructions provided by NBE. As of now, applicants can see the previous year's measures taken by NBE at the PG exam centre where NEET was held.
NEET PG exam centres increase: The NBE has increased the number of NEET PG exam centres for the safe conduct of the exam. Those who selected 'others' were assigned to an exam centre in their current state.
Covid e-pass: The NBE had issued each candidate a covid e-pass to enable smooth movement during the covid-19 spread. With the NEET PG admit card, the covid e-pass was issued.
Covid-19 safety kit: A covid-19 safety gear kit containing a face mask, a shield, and five sachets of hand sanitiser was provided to each candidate at the NEET PG exam centre. Students needed to wear a mask and shield during the NEET PG exam.
Time slot: Students were required to arrive at the NEET PG exam centre according to the time slot assigned. Applicants were notified of the time slot for coming to the NEET PG exam centre by email and mobile phone.
The following items were allowed in NEET PG exam centres: Students were permitted to carry their admit cards along with other documentation to the NEET PG exam centre. It was forbidden to bring hand gloves, sanitiser, water bottles, and other items into the test centre of NEET PG. Students were provided with bottled water.

As per the state counselling 50% seats are reserved for state quota in all the colleges. To apply under state quota you need to have a domicile for that particular state. If you have the domicile certificate then you are eligible for the 50% reserved seats. However you can apply for same college under AIQ as well as under state quota but I would recommend you to apply under state quota for the colleges that are in your state and apply for other colleges under AIQ (all india quota). This would make more sense and might help you to get admission easily.
