    List of Documents Required for NEET PG 2026 Application Form

    The following documents are mandatory for completing the NEET PG application form 2026. Candidates should have scanned copies of the documents needed for NEET PG registration ready before beginning the registration process to avoid last-minute errors in the NEET PG exam. Only after the successful submission of the required documents and payment of the NEET PG form fees, the application form will be considered fully submitted.

    • Ongoing interns may need to submit declaration

    • Mandatory for FMGE-qualified candidates
    • Issued by NBE

    • Accepted IDs: Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License
    • Must be valid & name must match application
    • Scan both sides if required
    9. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD)PDF100 KB – 1 MB
    • SC/ST: Must mention sub-caste
    • OBC: As per NBEMS format & non-creamy layer
    • EWS: Valid for FY 2026–27
    • PwD: Issued by recognised medical authority
    • Certificate must be valid & in correct format

    You generally do not need to upload your physical category certificate during the initial online application. However, you must declare your category (OBC-NCL) to claim reservation benefits and enter the certificate details. You must provide the physical certificate during counseling and document verification.

    For the NEET PG application form, you do not need to upload your actual OBC or OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate. You only need to declare your category and claim the OBC-NCL reservation during the registration phase.

    As of now, the revised NEET MDS 2026 eligibility/qualifying score has not been officially announced by NBEMS . The current qualifying criteria remain:

    • General/EWS: 50th percentile

    • SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile

    • General PwD: 45th percentile
