The exam date of INI CET follows a pre-exam and post-exam schedule. The event-wise schedule of May INI CET 2026 exam is provided below.
The INICET May 2026 registration will start around 2 months before the exam date. Eligible candidates need to complete their INI CET 2026 registration within the stipulated time. Only after the successful completion of registrations, candidates are allowed to fill the complete INI CET application form.
Candidates who register successfully and fill the INI CET 2026 application form within the stipulated time are provided a chance to make corrections in their filled application. Through the INI CET May 2026 correction window, candidates can make necessary changes and be eligible for the entrance exam.
Once the correction window is over, the authority will release the INI CET 2026 May admit card. The INICET admit card will be released online at the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates need to log in using their application number and password to download the INI CET May 2026 admit card
AIIMS New Delhi will conduct the INI CET May 2026 exam in online mode. The INI CET 2026 May exam date is May 17, 2026. INI CET is a 3-hour online CBT with 200 MCQs based on the MBBS syllabus. For each correct answer, 1 mark is given, while for every wrong answer, one-third mark is deducted.
The result of INI CET May 2026 exam will be declared on May 23, 2025. AIIMS Delhi declares the result of INI CET in a PDF form, mentioning the list of qualified candidates along with their Roll number and overall rank. The marks are released separately through the scorecards, which are released after a week of the result declaration.

Based on previous INI-CET trends , a UR rank around 25,686 usually does not get a Microbiology seat in AIIMS institutes.
In most years, Microbiology in AIIMS closes at a much better (lower) rank for the unreserved category. Only the very last round in some years has gone close
