Knowing the format helps you read the recalled questions properly. The paper follows the pattern below.
Questions: 200 MCQs.
Time: 3 hours, split into four sections of 50 questions.
Sectional timing: 45 minutes per section. Once a section ends, you can't go back to it.
Marking: +1 for a correct answer, −1/3 for a wrong one. Unattempted questions carry no penalty.
Question types: Single-answer MCQs, plus image-based, clinical-scenario and match-the-following style questions that candidates often recall differently.
Here's why this matters for the recalled paper. Questions are grouped by section as candidates remember them. So when you compare your own paper, check which block a question came from, not just the subject.
This is the main section. It will be filled after the exam, subject by subject. Each recalled question will carry the options, the correct answer and a short explanation.
Subject | Memory-based questions |
Anatomy | To be added after the exam |
Physiology | To be added after the exam |
Biochemistry | To be added after the exam |

A few ground rules for this section. Some questions will be partly recalled, so wording and option order can differ from what you saw on screen. Image-based questions will be marked as such.
AIIMS doesn't publish the INI CET question paper after a CBT exam. You see the paper on screen and that's it. So there's no official PDF to download for the January 2027 session.
That's why memory-based INI CET questions exist. Many candidates recall different questions. Put together, they rebuild a good part of the paper. It won't be complete, and it won't be word for word. Treat it as a strong practice set, not as the official paper. For the official side, keep an eye on aiimsexams.ac.in.
Once the questions are up, read them in this order.
Match your paper. Tick the questions you remember, section by section.
Check your answers. Use the solutions, but read the explanation too. A right guess isn't a right concept.
Count honestly. Note attempts, correct answers and wrong answers. With −1/3 marking, careless guesses cost you.
Spot the pattern. Which subjects had more clinical questions? Which blocks ate your time?

You've got a day or two before the exam, and then a few hours before the recalled questions go up. Use them well.
