Go to the official website of NEET, neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the “New candidate register here” button
A NEET 2025 registration form will open, fill all the details asked in it carefully
Enter a valid mobile number and email address
Click on the verify button and enter the OTP received in the mobile number and email address
Upon successful OTP verification, a 12-digit NEET application number and the NEET password will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID
