After the declaration of round 1 seat allotment result of Madhya Pradesh NEET PG counselling 2025, candidates have to download the allotment letter from the official website. Allotted candidates have to report at the institute with allotment letter and other requisite original documents for verification and completing other formalities of MP NEET PG 2025 admission.

For NRI category admission: photocopy of the OCI card of the NRI sponsoring the candidate, or the original certificate issued by the concerned embassy

Candidates who are allotted seats in round 1 MP NEET PG 2025 result can resign till two days before the commencement of round 2 counselling. Seat leaving bond will not be applicable on such candidates and they will be eligible to participate in round 2 of MP NEET PG 2025 counselling.
Candidates can also resign from the MP NEET PG 2025 round 1 allotted seat two days before the commencement of mop up round counselling. Seat leaving bond will not be applicable on such candidates however, they will not be able to participate in further rounds of counselling. Open category and NRI candidates will have to pay a penalty of Rs 2 lakh and Rs 10 lakh respectively.
