Go to the official website: mcc.nic.in.
Click on the ‘PG Medical’ tab provided on the tab.
Search for the ‘round 2 NEET PG 2025 counselling allotment result link’ under the ‘Current Events’ section.
The NEET PG 2025 round 2 allotment PDF will appear on the screen.
Using ‘Ctrl+F’ or search option, look for the candidate’s All India Rank and check the institute allotted.
Download and save the NEET PG round 2 counselling seat allotment result for future reference.
Once the NEET PG 2025 round 2 seat allotment result is out, candidates need to download their allotment letter and report for document verification. Without the round 2 allotment letter, the verification process cannot be completed. To download the NEET PG round 2 allotment letter, candidates need to follow these steps -

Click on the ‘PG Medical’ tab provided on the homepage.
Log in by entering the NEET PG 2025 roll number, password and security pin and click on the ‘Download Allotment Letter’
The NEET PG 2025 round 2 result allotment letter will appear on the screen.
Download and take printouts of the round 2 allotment letter for verification and college reporting.
Once candidates download the Round 2 NEET PG 2025 seat allotment letter, they must report to the allotted institute within the stipulated time. At the time of reporting, candidates are required to carry all original documents for verification and pay the admission fee to confirm the allotted seat.
Candidates who gets a seat as per the NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat allotment and do not wish to join the institute must proceed as per MCC rules applicable to Round 2, as free exit is not permitted after Round 2
Candidates who have secured a seat in Round 2 NEET PG counselling 2025 and wish to participate in subsequent rounds (if applicable) must first physically report to the allotted college to be considered for any further upgradation, as per MCC norms.
Candidates who are not allotted any seat in the NEET PG 2025 Round 2 result are eligible to participate in the next round of counselling as per MCC guidelines and do not need to re-register unless specified.

With a rank of 1760 in the NTRUHS PG management quota (B-category) and belonging to the AU region, getting a clinical seat is possible but mostly in the mid or lower-demand branches. High-demand clinical courses like Radiology, Dermatology and General Medicine generally close at much lower ranks, but seats in branches such as ENT, Opthalmology, Psychiatry, Anesthesia or General Surgery may still be available depending on this year's vacancy movement during later rounds. You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.
