The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the counselling of NEET PG 2025 for granting admission to MD/MS and Diploma courses. During the NEET PG counselling 2025, candidates are required to possess certain documents. The NEET PG counselling registrations do not require any documents. Once the allotment result is declared by the MCC, candidates are required to upload certain documents. The other documents need to be presented during the document verification process at the allotted colleges.

All the candidates who are participating in the NEET PG counselling 2025 need to produce documents in two stages -
Uploading essential documents after the allotment result
Hard copy of some documents during the document verification process.
Once the registrations, choice filling & locking are done, the MCC releases the seat allotment result for each round. Candidates who are allotted seats as per the allotment result need to upload the following documents at the counselling portal. These documents are as follows -
The allotment letter issued by the MCC
Permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/NMC or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council
High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
SC/ ST certificate (if applicable)
EWS certificate (if applicable)
OBC certificate (if applicable)
PwD certificate (if applicable)
In addition to the essential documents uploaded after the seat allotment, candidates who are allotted seats have to report at their respective allotted colleges for document verification. Without NEET PG counselling document verification, admissions are not granted. The list of the documents that need to be produced along with the essential documents during the document verification process is as follows -
NEET PG admit card issued by the NBE
Mark sheets of MBBS/ BDS of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd professional examination
Internship completion certificate
A valid ID proof such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving license, Voter ID
During the NEET PG counselling process, candidates are required to report with the original documents for verification. The NEET PG counselling document verification process is conducted at the allotted college during the online counselling. A brief overview of the verification process of documents required for counselling of NEET PG is as follows -
Candidates need to submit the original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the allotted college.
The respective college authority verifies the authenticity of the documents submitted by cross-checking them with the originals.
After verification, the originals are returned to the candidates, and the photocopies of the NEET PG counselling documents are retained by the authorities for record-keeping.
Based on the verified NEET PG counselling documents, the allotted college confirms the seat of the students and the admission is granted.
