NEET MDS qualified candidates need to register online on the official BFUHS website: bfuhs.ac.in.
Candidates are required to enter their personal details, academic information, and NEET MDS 2026 score details.

Candidates need to submit a non-refundable registration fee.
The authority releases a provisional merit list based on the NEET MDS 2026 scores. Candidates will be given an opportunity to raise the objections against the provisional merit list. After reviewing the objections received, the final merit list is released to the candidates. Candidates with their names on the Punjab NEET MDS merit list can fill their choices of colleges.

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences releases the Punjab NEET MDS seat allotment result in online mode based on the choices filled by the candidates, availability of seats and merit list. Candidates who are granted seats will have to download the allotment letter and must report to the allotted college within the specified time period for final admission and document verification. Allotted candidates who are willing for upgradation after round 1 seat allotment, such candidates have to appear for document verification at their reporting centre.
After the seat allotment result, candidates are required to submit all the required documents for verification and report to the allocated college as per the date and time provided by the officials. Candidates must carry original documents along with tuition fee to secure their seat at the college.
