The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) is the official authority to release the Telangana NEET PG application form. The authority will release the Telangana NEET PG 2025 application form on its official website knruhs.telangana.gov.in. The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) will open the Jharkhand NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling registration tomorrow, December 10, 2025.
Telangana NEET PG admission process enables candidates to enrol for medical and dental colleges in Telangana. The admission will be conducted for 1676 seats in MD, 849 seats in MS and 23 PG Diploma seats. The merit list will be prepared based on the NEET PG results of the candidates. The merit list will be a base to shortlist candidates for the Telangana NEET PG counselling session. In the NEET PG, 50% of the seats are reserved under All India Quota (AIQ) and the remaining 50% are reserved by KNRUHS. Candidates interested in pursuing Telangana NEET PG admission must abide by the eligibility parameters laid down by the admission conducting body. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Candidates must have studied MBBS from the medical institutions in Telangana.
Aspirants must obtain MBBS which is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Aspirants must have completed one year of compulsory rotatory internship.
Medical graduates from Christian Medical College, Dichpally and Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada are also eligible to apply.
Candidates must be registered with NMC or State Medical Council.
To be eligible to fill the Telangana PG medical application form, candidates must secure the NEET PG cutoff. The NEET PG cutoff 2025 can be checked from the table below.

The documents required for the Telangana NEET PG application form are as follows:
Pass certificate of Class 12
Class 6 to Class 12 pass certificate for candidates who studied in Siddartha Medical College
Class 6 to Class 12 pass certificate for candidates who studied in Christian Medical College
Birth certificate or secondary school certificate
One-year compulsory rotatory internship completion certificate
Pass certificate of MBBS/BDS degree
Registration certificate from National or State Medical/Dental Council
Marksheets of all years of MBBS/BDS degree
Study certificate of MBBS
Caste certificate, if applicable
PwD certificate, if applicable
Minority certificate, if applicable
Any valid and original photo ID proof
Candidates are advised to fill out the application process carefully as the same details are used in the counselling process. The Telangana NEET PG process of application form-filling is described in detail below:
On the official website, KNRUHS will release the application form. Interested candidates can apply at knruhs.telangana.gov.in. Candidates are required to register on the website by filling out the basic details asked during registration. Once the registration is completed, aspirants will obtain a registration ID and password in the form of an email and SMS on their registered mobile number and email ID.
Aspirants must log in using their login credentials to fill out the Telangana NEET PG application form. Candidates must fill out their basic details, educational qualifications, NEET scores and other details in the fields provided. Aspirants must upload scanned copies of the required documents, signatures, and photographs in the specified dimensions. The image should be in JPG or JPEG format. On completion, the candidates will receive the application number.
Once the application form is filled out, the portal will redirect the registered candidates to the payment gateway. The payment can be made online through net banking, debit/credit cards or UPI payments. The application fee once paid is non-refundable. Once the payment is made, candidates will be redirected to the confirmation page and a transaction ID will be generated. For future reference, aspirants must keep the transaction details safe.

When filling out the application form, candidates can fill out the choice of their courses and colleges. There are no restrictions on the number of selections. Candidates can fill in their choices till the last date of the lock-in period. If satisfied with their preferences, candidates are advised to lock their choice before the deadline. Otherwise, the initial choices will be saved as the final options.
The authority will release the official notification regarding the document verification to the shortlisted candidates on the official website. Candidates are advised to reach their allotted venue at the stipulated time along with all the required documents.

With an All India rank of around 82,471 and UP state rank around 4,633 , your chances for MS Surgery in government colleges are very low. You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.
Choice filling strategy:
Top: Private/deemed colleges in UP for Surgery.
Backup: Other clinical branches (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology) in private/deemed colleges.
