After the declaration of round 1 seat allotment result, candidates have to complete the AYUSH UG admission process within the specified dates. Candidates have to download their allotment letters from the official website and report at the institutes with original documents. AYUSH NEET Counselling Round 1 Exit Rules

After the AYUSH UG round 1 seat allotment result is announced, candidates must decide whether to join the allotted institute, seek upgradation, or exit from the counselling process.

If willing to join the allotted institute: Candidates must report to the allotted institute within the specified reporting schedule and complete the admission formalities.

If willing to join the allotted institute and seek upgradation: Candidates must join the round 1 allotted institute and submit their willingness for seat upgradation during the reporting process. Such candidates can participate in the subsequent round as per the applicable eligibility criteria.

If not willing to join the allotted institute: Candidates can avail of free exit by not joining the allotted seat. They may participate in subsequent AYUSH NEET 2026 counselling rounds, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed for that round, by filling fresh choices.

If a candidate has joined the round 1 seat but wants to resign: The exit rules depend on the stage of counselling. Candidates who resign before the announcement of the round 2 final result (excluding the result date) can avail free exit and participate in further rounds as per eligibility. Candidates resigning after the announcement of the Round 2 final result and up to three days before the commencement of Round 3 may exit with forfeiture of the fee. Such candidates can participate in subsequent rounds only by paying the complete fee again and filling fresh choices.
