Medical graduates must carry the following documents to the CNET exam centre without fail.
UP CNET admit card 2025
Aadhar Card/ PAN card or any other valid ID issued by the Government of India (Both in original and copy)
2 recent colour passport-size photographs (same as the uploaded photo on the admit card)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
Approved letter of Scribe (if applied for).
The following items will not be allowed inside the examination centre under any circumstances.
Electronic devices: Mobile Phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band and others.
Stationery: Bits of papers, pencil, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad and eraser.
Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap and others.

The following guidelines must be followed by the students in order to appear for the entrance exam.
Candidates must report to the allotted exam centre 2 hours before the start of the CNET exam.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without bio-metrics
No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam centre before the end of examination time
Aspirants must handover the Question Booklet along with original OMR answer sheet & office copy of OMR sheet to the invigilator before leaving the exam hall.
