The Haryana NEET PG merit list 2024 will be prepared based on marks obtained in the NEET PG 2024. The merit list of Haryana NEET PG 2024 will include the NEET PG 2024 roll number of the candidate, name of the candidate, the father’s name of the candidate, marks scored, All india rank and category rank.

Once the merit list of Haryana NEET PG 2024 is released, the authority will conduct the online counselling process for allotment of seats. The students whose names will appear in the merit list and are allotted seats will have to appear for the in-person document verification process at the allotted institutes. The final admissions will only be granted after the successful document verification. The aspirants need to bring the following list of documents for verification:
Class 10 certificate as a proof for date of birth
Mark sheets of MBBS course
Three recent passport size photographs, same as used in NEET PG application form
Internship completion certificate
Character certificate from the last attended institute
Certificate of registration with any state medical council/ NMC
Result of NEET PG 2024
Any government issued valid ID

What after Haryana NEET PG 2024 merit list?
After releasing the merit list of Haryana NEET PG 2024, the authority will release the schedule for online counselling. The candidates whose name will be on the merit list will have to sit for the Haryana NEET PG 2024 counselling rounds.
There will be 4 rounds of counselling, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. After the successful counselling rounds, aspirants will have to appear at their respective allotted colleges for the document verification process and submit the security fee as prescribed by the authority. After successful completion of the document verification, the candidates will be allotted their MD/MS seats.

There will be no problem as such . You should not worry about it now, let it be for now .
After your neet results when will get admission a call for counseling you must take your class x mark sheet along with you to ahow the college authorities where yoh will get admission.
You may carry your mother's ID proof to show the official persons but it is not a great issue , don't think much of it.

Hope you are doing well! It is mandatory to have ews certificate at the time of counseling or at the time of admission in the college which you will take . They will listen your problems or excuses whatever , they just need ews certificate anyhow ,so it is better for you to select your category as general if you don't have ews certificate available right now to avoid any problem in the future .

Hello aspirant.
If you have gazzette with your changed name then you should not worry at all.
When a person changes his name, he has to get a gazzette certificate to verify . Due to this certificate the person's name is changed in government citizen list officially.
You may apply for neet pg with your new name
You will have to upload gazette certificate too.
Make sure your aadhar card , pan card shows your changed name .
Gazette certificate is the provision for citizens who change their caste or name Due to any reason.

Your child is 12th Science group, so he must be attempting the exam NEET UG. The PG will be given after the graduation and for the masters. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG) is administered offline by the National Testing Agency (NTA). There is only one NEET UG exam every year.
