Applicants who secure the minimum cut-off marks in the NEET MDS 2026 are eligible for NEET MDS counselling. The J&K NEET MDS eligibility criteria are as follows -
A candidate must be a citizen of India
Aspirants must have passed the BDS examination from any dental college or any other institute in India approved by the Medical Council of India/ National Medical Commission
Candidates must have completed one-year compulsory rotating internship as per the provision made by MCC
Candidates must have obtained permanent registration from the Dental Council of India or State Dental Council.

Candidates must apply on the official website, which is jkbopee.gov.in and submit an application form within the specified date and time. Pay the registration fee to complete the application form for J&K medical MDS admission.
Once the application form is submitted, a J&K NEET MDS merit list is released on the official portal. The J&K PML includes the names of candidates whose applications have been accepted. The merit list for J&K NEET MDS counselling contains details such as the candidate's name, category, All India Rank, state rank and NEET MDS scores. After PML, the BOPEE will open the window for filling up online preference forms for selection in MDS courses.
Candidates with their names mentioned in the merit list need to fill in their preferences for colleges and courses in online mode i. Candidates will have to save their filled choices before the scheduled date and time. If a candidate does not lock their filled up choices within the scheduled last date, their choices will get automatically locked by the authority.
The seat allotment result of J&K NEET MDS 2026 is released online on the official website. Candidates who are allotted seats have to download the allotment letter before reporting to the allotted institutes. Allotted candidates have to appear for document verification at their reporting centre and pay their tuition fee to secure their admission on or before the last date.
