The seat allotment letter along with the important documents need to be produced at the allotted college for document verification, after which the Maharashtra NEET admission is confirmed.

Provisional Allotment Letter: Downloaded from the official State CET Cell website.
NEET UG 2026 Admit Card: Original NEET UG 2026 admit card.
NEET UG 2026 Scorecard/Rank Letter: Original scorecard or rank letter.
Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling Application Form: Copy of the completed online application form.
Class 10 (SSC) Marksheet and Passing Certificate: Required as proof of date of birth.
Class 12 (HSC) Marksheet and Passing Certificate: Required to verify educational eligibility.
Nationality Certificate: Valid Indian Passport, School Leaving Certificate mentioning nationality, or certificate issued by a District Magistrate.
Domicile Certificate: Issued by the competent authority in Maharashtra, where applicable for claiming the 85% state quota.
School/College Leaving Certificate (TC): Issued by the last attended school or college.
Medical Fitness Certificate: Certificate in the prescribed format and signed by a registered MBBS doctor.
Valid Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or other valid government-issued ID.
Passport-size Photographs: Carry 6-8 recent photographs matching the photograph uploaded during NEET UG registration.
Original Documents and Photocopies: Candidates should carry all original documents along with 2-3 sets of self-attested photocopies.
