The round 1 Meghalaya NEET MDS counselling 2026 is held online. To register, candidates have to follow the steps given below:

They need to enter NEET MDS roll number, application number, name of the candidate, date of birth, security pin and other asked details.
Candidates have to choose the college and courses of their preference in which they wish to specialise.

Based on the choices filled by the candidates, the seat allotment list is done. Candidates who are granted seats must report to the allotted college within the specified time for admission and document verification.
Meghalaya NEET MDS Choice Filling
For choice filling, registered candidates have to navigate the official website
Login by using the newly created credentials.
Candidates can fill as many choices as per their wish.
Candidates can add choices and arrange them according to their preference.
After arranging the choices, candidates must lock their choices before the deadline.
If a candidate forgets to lock the choices before the last date, the system will automatically lock the choices after the due date.
Documents Required for Meghalaya NEET MDS Counselling 2026
The following documents must be carried to the allotted institute/college/university for document verification and admission process.
NEET MDS result 2026
Mark sheets of BDS (1, 2 and 3 professional examinations)
BDS degree certificate or provisional certificate
Certificate for completion of internship from the head of the institute stating the candidate has completed the internship on or before June 30.
Permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)
High school/Higher Secondary Certificate/Date of birth for birth proof
One identification proof - PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card
SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority in English or Hindi
OBC certificate issued by the authority. OBC candidates should not belong to the creamy layer
Disability certificate issued by the medical board only
Once the round 1 counselling is completed, authorities conduct the round 2 counselling to fill the vacant seats. Candidates who are not shortlisted and do not secure a seat in the round 1 counselling can participate in the subsequent rounds. Candidates not satisfied with their round 1 allotment and want to upgrade their seat should fill fresh choices in round 2 choice filling.
After round 2 ends, if seats are vacant, authorities conduct a round 3 of Meghalaya NEET MDS 2026 counselling. Such candidates who are not allotted any seat in the round 1 & 2 counselling of Meghalaya NEET MDS are eligible to participate in the round 3 counselling.
