Candidates will be able to report suspicious claims, unauthorized access to the NEET 2026 question paper or exam content, as well as cases of impersonation through the official reporting platform.     On April 29, 2026, the NTA issued an official communication stating that all the NEET question papers had reached the designated centres with highest level of security.     NEET 2026 Paper Leak Reporting Portal: How To Access?

    Like previous year, NTA may launch a NEET 2026 paper leak reporting portal to report suspicious claims related to the medical entrance examination. Through this initiative, candidates will be able to inform the NTA about the discrepancies, misleading information or unfair practices associated with the NEET 2026 exam. Once activated, candidates will have to follow the below mentioned instructions to access the NEET 2026 paper leak reporting platform.

    Steps to Report Suspicious Claims Against NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak

    • Visit the official NEET 2026 official website.

    • Click on the link ‘Suspicious Claims in NEET UG 2026 Examination’.

    • On the next page, select the ‘Report Here’ option.

    • Enter the required details such as name and email ID, then click on the OTP option.

    • An OTP will be sent to the registered email address.

    • Enter the OTP and click on the ‘Verify’ button.

    • The NEET UG 2026 reporting form will appear on the screen.

    • Fill in all the required details, including the type of claim, state, district, exam centre name, date and time of observation, description of the incident, supporting file, and mobile number.

    • Carefully review all the entered details before submission.

    • Click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the process.

    • A confirmation message will be sent to the registered email ID or mobile number.

    • Candidates are advised to save and download the confirmation details for future reference.

    NEET 2026 Paper Leak Reporting Platform: What Can Be Reported?

    Through the NEET 2026 paper leak reporting portal, candidates can report any misleading information regarding paper leak circulating on social media, Telegrams or among individuals. Candidates who wish to report any suspicious activity are required to provide details of what they observed, along with the location and time of the incident. They must also upload a supporting document or file as evidence while submitting the complaint. Aspirants can report suspicious claims or activities related to any of the following three categories.
