How to fill NEET MDS form 2025?
Eligible candidates can fill the NEET MDS application form 2025 in online mode. Firstly, the dental aspirants must register by submitting the necessary details. The below- mentioned steps will guide candidates to fill out their NEET MDS 2025 forms.
NEET MDS 2025 registration: Aspirants have to register on the official NBE website by providing details such as candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number and email ID. Once the details are filled, a unique user ID and password will be sent on the registered mobile number and email ID which will be used in the later stages of the application process.
Filling up of application form: After the completion of registration process, candidates have to fill the application form by using login credentials such as user ID and password. Click on the ‘Go to Application Form’ option and enter details which include personal details, candidate’s address, educational qualifications and more. Candidates must cross-check all the information before the final submission of application form.
Uploading of scanned documents: Candidates have to upload the scanned copies of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, as per the specifications provided by the authority. The aspirants can check the document specifications in the table below.

Selecting the NEET MDS exam centre: In this section, the NBE allows candidates to choose the NEET MDS exam centre 2025 as per their convenience and preference. Candidates can opt the exam city from the list of cities in which the exam will be conducted. It must be noted that the final selection of the exam city is done after paying the NEET MDS application fee.
Paying of application fee: After uploading the documents successfully, candidates have to pay the NEET MDS application fee 2025 online before the deadline ends. The category wise NEET MDS 2025 application fee for general, EWS OBC/ST/SC,are given in the table below.

No,you need to take only marksheet of class 11th in conselling no need of transfer certificate. The documents required for NEET counseling include educational certificates and in t.c you have to submit 12th transfer certificates It's issued to students when they leave an institution to move to another school or continue their studies elsewhere.
- Documents required for NEET counselling: Educational certificate, Identity proof, Passport size photographs, Category certificate (if applicable).
- To apply for NEET, there is no specific minimum requirement for securing marks in class 11. However, it is important to perform well in both class 11 and 12.

it is highly likely that you can secure admission into a BHMS course under the SC category, as the cut-off for SC category in most states is usually much lower than the general category, and 101 marks might be sufficient to get you a seat in a government or private BHMS college depending on the state and college availability.
