The DMET conducts Odisha NEET MDS counselling 2026 in online mode. Check the process of Odisha NEET MDS 2026 counselling below.
To register for round 1 Odisha NEET MDS counselling, candidates must register at dmetodisha.gov.in.
After the registration process and release of the merit list, candidates are required to appear in round 1 of Odisha NEET MDS 2026 counselling.
If a candidate is allotted a seat, he or she must report at the allotted college along with the necessary documents at the time and date specified by DMET.
Candidates who are not shortlisted for Odisha NEET MDS counselling 2026 round 1 can apply in the further rounds.
If a candidate does not take the admission to the allotted seat, candidates will be allowed a free exit.
After round 1 ends, if seats remain vacant, candidates who are not shortlisted can appear in round 2 of Odisha NEET MDS counselling.
If the candidate is trying for an upgrade, it is advised not to fill in the choice for the same seat/college in which the candidate is already admitted.
In case the candidate fills the same seat/college and the candidate is allotted the same seat again, then the previous allotment would automatically be cancelled.
If seats are vacant after the second round then a mop-up round is conducted. Candidates who have missed out both round 1 and round 2 of the counselling will be considered for this round.
Candidates who are allotted colleges are required to furnish the required documents to complete the admission process.
