NBEMS does not publish any challengeable NEET MDS answer key for all the candidates. Hence, candidates tend to rely on unofficial NEET MDS answer keys and memory-based solutions of the coaching institutes and subject matter experts to know their score initially. The result and score card issued officially by NBEMS is final.

Candidate can calculate their NEET MDS score by using the given marking pattern. Marks are allotted four points for each right answer and one negative mark for each wrong answer. The unanswered question will be neither awarded nor deducted any marks. Maximum marks are 960.

NEET MDS Score = (No of Correct Answers × 4) – (No of Incorrect Answers × 1)

For instance, if a candidate scores 200 marks with correct answers and 20 wrong answers, then the possible marks will be (200 × 4) - (20 × 1) = 780 marks.
