The NEET PG choice filling is an integral part of the postgraduate counselling process. Candidates must submit their preferred choices of colleges and courses within the given dates. Based on choices filled, candidate’s rank and availability of seats, the seat allotment is done. Candidates can check the given below steps to exercise the NEET PG choice filling facility.
Fill choices of colleges and courses: Registered candidates need to log into their account on the MCC website and fill their preferred choices of colleges and courses from the list of participating institutions. Candidates need to select their colleges that match their preferences.
Arrange choices in the order: Candidates can arrange the choices in the order. The choices filled can be rearranged or removed before the locking period. No modification will be allowed in the filled choices after the last date under any circumstances.
Lock choices: Once the choices are filled, aspirants need to lock them to complete the process. In this step, candidates have to login and proceed to lock the choices as no modification can be done after the locking period. In case candidates fail to lock the choices before the deadline, they will be automatically locked.
Choice locking is the final stage where candidates lock the preferred choices of colleges and courses to complete the process. Candidates must review the choices and lock them before the deadline. To avoid the auto-locking, candidates must lock the choices in the NEET PG 2025 counselling within the stipulated time. Candidates will not be allowed to modify the choices after the locking period.
Once the NEET PG choice filling process is over, the modifications can be done on or before the last date. Candidates can check the steps to modify the choices in the NEET PG 2025.

Login by entering the credentials such as NEET PG roll number, password and security pin.
Click on the ‘Modify Selected Options’ tab’ to check the choice filling list.

Add preferences as many as they can from the list to increase chances of grabbing a seat.
Review and check all the changes in the window.
