The authority has released the complete NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling dates at mcc.nic.in. Online registrations for round 3 NEET PG 2025 counselling can be done from January 15 to 26, 2025.

To apply for round 3 counselling of NEET PG 2025, candidates can check the eligibility criteria for NEET PG Counselling 2025 for round 3 below.
Candidates who have not participated in previous NEET PG counselling rounds are eligible to participate in the NEET PG round 3 counselling 2025. Such candidates have to register and pay the registration fee within the stipulated date.
Candidates not allotted seats in round 1 and 2 can also participate in the NEET PG round 3 counselling.
Aspirants who were allotted seats in round 2 but opted for "willingness to upgrade." are eligible for NEET PG 2025 counselling for round 3.
As the NEET PG round 3 schedule is out, candidates can check the below mentioned steps to to understand the process of NEET PG round 3 counselling.
Round 3 registration: To apply for NEET PG 2025 counselling, candidates must visit the official MCC website and complete the registration process by entering the asked details such as name, date of birth, roll number, NEET PG application number, security code, and other necessary information. Once the form is submitted, the login credentials will be generated. Login into the portal with the newly generated credentials and fill in personal information such as parents’ details, contact information, category, nationality, NEET PG application number and roll number.
Payment of registration fee: Candidates are required to pay the registration fee for NEET PG counselling 2025 round 3 in online mode. Along with the registration fee, a security deposit must also be paid as per the candidate’s category. The security deposit is refundable but may be forfeited under certain circumstances.
Registration slip: The NEET PG registration slip 2025 is generated after the successful payment of counselling fee. Download the same and take a printout for future reference.
Round 3 choice filling: The choice filling for NEET PG counselling 2025 can be done by registered candidates only. First, they need to visit the MCC website and log in using the required credentials. Fill the preferred courses and colleges for seat allotment result. Candidates should save and lock their choices. If the choices are not locked, they will be locked automatically after the deadline.
Seat allotment: The MCC releases the NEET PG round 3 seat allotment at mcc.nic.in. The allotment result of round 3 NEET PG counselling 2025 can be done based on rank list, choices filled by the candidates and seat availability. Allotted candidates have to report and submit documents on or before the last to confirm admission.

Yes, MCC can reduce the NEET PG cutoff if many seats remain vacant during counselling. The decision depends on seat availability in each round. Cutoff reduction does not happen every year. Candidates should keep checking the official MCC website for updates.
