The highest score in NEET PG 2025 was 707 marks out of 800. The candidate who secured the highest score obtained AIR 1. The result was prepared after the exam was conducted in a single shift, so NBEMS did not apply the normalisation process. NBEMS stated that the NEET PG rank represents the overall merit position of a candidate among all candidates who appeared for the exam. Candidates scoring around 650 marks were also placed within the top 300 ranks, showing the intense competition at the top end of the NEET PG 2025 merit list.
