The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the Re NEET 2026 exam timings and increased it by 15 minutes. As per the latest update, the Re NEET 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 21, 2026 from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. Candidates appearing for the NEET 2026 re-exam must note that the exam will now be conducted for 3 hours and 15 minutes instead of the earlier 3-hour duration.

NTA will conduct the Re NEET 2026 entrance examination from 2 PM to 5:15 PM in pen and paper mode. As per the NEET exam pattern, the exam will feature 180 multiple choice questions and students will be given 3 hours and 15 minutes to solve the paper. It must be noted that candidates should complete their test paper within the specified time, as no extra time will be offered to them. The NEET 2026 reporting time plays a crucial role as it allows the mandatory security procedures, including biometric verification, document check and other entry checks. Candidates must reach the exam centre at the time specified by the conducting authority. If the NEET exam centre is in another city, candidates are advised to reach a day before the exam day and check the location and logistics to avoid exam day hassle.
Re NEET reporting time: As frisking and biometrics are mandatory, candidates must reach the exam centre at 11 AM. The NEET exam centre opens 3 hours before the exam starts. Aspirants have to undergo security checks, document verification and other formalities. So reaching the exam centre at the specified time will result in smooth and stress-free entry.
Last entry to the exam centre: The gates will be closed at 1:30 PM, and no latecomers are allowed at the Re NEET exam centres. It must be noted that even one minute delay leads to denial of entry to the exam centre.
Re NEET exam start time: As per the NEET exam pattern, the test officially commences at 2 PM all over India. Students will begin to fill in their answers in the NEET OMR sheet. The exam will be conducted in offline mode for a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Exam End Time: NTA has given 15 minutes extra for Re NEET 2026 exam. Now, the exam will end at 5:15 PM. Aspirants must solve the NEET exam paper within the given schedule.
Candidates are not allowed to carry anything except the Re NEET admit card along with valid government-issued photo ID proof. NTA provides the ballpoint pen in the exam hall to fill the NEET OMR sheet. Check the list of things that can be carried on the Re NEET 2026 exam day.
