Students who are not among the top rankers in NEET UG can still pursue MBBS through the Management Quota. In Andhra Pradesh, admissions under the management quota are offered through state counselling conducted by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada.

It’s important to note that the fees under the management quota in Tamil Nadu MBBS colleges are usually higher compared to government seats and even regular private seats. To secure admission, candidates must register for NTRUHS counselling and actively participate in the process to get a seat in their preferred college.

All candidates under management quota must fulfil the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Passed 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects ).
Minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
Entrance Examination:
Students must qualify in NEET UG with the minimum percentage prescribed by NMC.
Admission and counselling will be conducted by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada:

Registration is to be carried out with NEET UG 2025, personal details and email ID.
Apply for MBBS form and fill the application form.
Uploading of documents: NEET scorecard, 10th & 12th mark sheets, caste/community certificate (for those who belong to SC/ST/OBC), ID proof.
Pay application fee online.
Submit the form and download a copy for counselling.
