Step 1: Contact the Exam Authority
Candidates must reach out to the NTA as soon as possible. Candidates can contact the authority through their official helpline number or email ID. While contacting the authority, candidates must provide their NEET application number and clearly explain the issue.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Documents
Name error on the NEET admit card 2026 occurs majorly due to incorrect details entered while filling the application form. As corrections cannot be made in the application form, the authority may ask candidates to submit valid ID proof of correct name. Therefore, candidates must keep any of these documents ready:
Aadhaar Card
