Eligibility criteria for AIIMS NORCET 7

• The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 30 years. The age will be calculated as per the NORCET 7 2024 application form last date.
• The candidate should have completed B.Sc Nursing or B.Sc Nursing post basic from any recognised college by the Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council or
• The candidate should be registered as a nurse and midwife with the State/ Indian Nursing Council
• Candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognised institute are also eligible given that they should be registered as Nurses and midwives in the State/ Indian Nursing Council.
• Candidates with a Diploma in GNM should have two years of experience in a minimum 50 bedded hospital

Step 1: NORCET 7 Registration

• For NORCET 7 registration, select “NORCET - 7” under the “applying for” section
• Enter all the asked personal details such as - name of the candidate, father’s name, mother’s name, category, gender, ID proof, date of birth
• Enter the contact details of the candidate such as email ID and contact number.
• Click on the checkbox of “declaration of eligibility” and then click on “save & proceed” button
• A candidate ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID.
• Click on the “proceed” button, create a new password and click on the “update” button.
• Enter the candidate ID and password in the “applicant login” window and login.
• All the registration details will be displayed. Candidates can either edit any details if it is wrong or they wish to change, or else click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 2: Qualification and address details for AIIMS NORCET 7

• Enter the qualifying exam the candidate has passed and also provide the university and college name.
• Enter the admission and passing dates of the qualifying exam
• Click on “yes” on whether registered with the Nursing Council of India/ State Nursing Council.
• Enter the registration number of the candidate with which he/she is registered with the Nursing Council of India/ State Nursing Council.
• Select the name of the State Nursing Council and enter the date of issuance of registration number
• Enter the permanent and correspondence address of the candidate and click on the “save & proceed” button.

Step 3: Experience details

• Select whether the candidate has work experience or not. If “yes”, then enter all the working experience details
• If the candidate doesn’t have any work experience, then click on the “No” and “Save & Proceed button”

Step 4: Make payment for AIIMS NORCET Application form

• Candidates need to pay the requisite AIIMS NORCET 7 application form fee through online mode.
• The application fee for the general and OBC candidates is Rs.3,000. For SC/ ST/ EWS the application fee is Rs.2,400. PwD candidates are exempted from paying the AIIMS NORCET 2024 application fee

Step 5: City Choice

• Select the exam city centre for the AIIMS NORCET 2024 exam.
