With AIR 9,99,559 and SC category rank 1,29,536 , getting a semi-government MBBS seat in Punjab is very unlikely , even with a Punjab domicile . However, you should still participate in Punjab state counselling , as cutoffs vary each year and vacancies may arise in later rounds.
