Valid Ward of Insured Person Certificate issued by the competent ESIC authority
Applicants must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks for the general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

Click on the ‘ESIC MBBS admission link’ for ‘Ward of IP Certificate’.
Enter the required details
For login, an OTP would be sent to the insured person's mobile number as per the ESIC database.
After a successful log-in, complete the application form.
Upload all the required documents in the online application
A system-generated ‘Ward of IP Certificate’ will be available to download after approval of the competent authority.
The candidate can track the status [(i) Issued or (ii) Rejected] of the certificate on the ESIC website using the username and password. In the event of issue, the certificate in PDF format would be visible to the candidate, and a printout can be taken after downloading the certificate. In the event of rejection, the reason would be displayed

MCC releases the ESIC MBBS merit list in online mode. The merit list contains the list of candidates who are eligible for ESIC MBBS admission 2026. The merit list of ESIC MBBS counselling 2026 is released in PDF format.
Wards of Insured Persons (IP) who have been included in the merit list have to submit their choices of courses and colleges within a stipulated time period. Candidates must know that locking the choice is mandatory. If not, selected preferences will be automatically locked.
The seat allocation in the ESIC medical colleges will be done based on merit and the choices filled by the candidates. Shortlisted candidates have to report to their allotted college for the document verification and joining formalities.
