• Enter the required details

• For login, an OTP would be sent to the insured person's mobile number as per the ESIC database.

• After a successful log-in, complete the application form.

• Upload all the required documents in the online application

• A system-generated ‘Ward of IP Certificate’ will be available to download after approval of the competent authority.

• The candidate can track the status [(i) Issued or (ii) Rejected] of the certificate on the ESIC website using the username and password. In the event of issue, the certificate in PDF format would be visible to the candidate, and a printout can be taken after downloading the certificate. In the event of rejection, the reason would be displayed
