As per the statistics released by the authority, 1,11,871 lakh candidates qualified for the NEET PG 2023. Candidates from the General category who qualified in NEET 2023 scored up to 50 percentile whereas those qualifying from the SC and ST categories had to score 40 percentile as a minimum aggregate respectively.
Over 2 lakh candidates participated in the NEET PG 2022 medical exam, which took place on May 21 in 267 cities across 849 examination centres. The NEET PG 2022 was held by the National Board Of Examinations In Medical Sciences (NBEMS) at 9:00 am. Despite some controversy and postponement concerns, the exam proceeded smoothly, according to an official from NBEMS. Out of the 206,301 candidates who registered, approximately 182,318 actually appeared for the NEET PG last year.
