A candidate must qualify for the NEET 2023 exam to get a seat for the MBBS BDS courses in Maharashtra. The NEET 2023 is conducted for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc, and AH courses in India.
The counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions in Maharashtra will be conducted by the Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai, for 85% of state quota seats. The admission in 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). In government medical, dental, and ayurveda MBBS colleges, a certain number of seats will be reserved for nominated candidates. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) will determine the seats for nominated candidates.
All India Quota seats: Among the total MBBS seats available in Maharashtra in 2022, 15% will be reserved for candidates from the AIQ scheme. These seats will be filled by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). After the second round of counselling, the seats that candidates surrender will be filled by the CET Cell in Mumbai.
According to Maharashtra NEET reservation criteria, there is no distinction between state and regional quotas. For Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2023 admission, all seats are available to domicile candidates after meeting basic eligibility requirements. MBBS seats will be filled according to the rank mentioned in the Maharashtra NEET 2023 merit list. Candidates who qualify for the NEET examination will be eligible for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2023 counselling. There will be 10145 MBBS seats and 3444 BDS seats available through the Maharashtra MBBS 2023 admission program. Among other factors, Maharashtra NEET admissions are allocated based on choices, availability of seats in chosen colleges, NEET UG rank, and reservation criteria.

The minimum eligibility criteria for general category candidates need at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined. If you're from SC/ST/OBC-NCL categories, the minimum requirement is 40%. While your percentage meets the minimum eligibility, keep in mind that NEET is a competitive exam, and admission depends on ranks and scores.

You may try for bhms, bams , Ayush or veterinary science in private college .
Admission to medical courses depends upon neet cut off . Cut off depends upon various factors including number of candidates appeared in exam, Toughness level of exam, normalisation process, seat intake and previous year's cut off.

Considering you as general candidate it's not possible to get a mbbs seat with 320 score , though you may try for other medical courses , also it depends upon neet cut off 2024 . Cut off changes every year. It is dependent on factors including students appeared , seat intake , difficulty level of exam, normalisation process and previous year's cut off.
