The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET exam mode 2025. As per the NTA NEET latest notice, the NEET UG 2025 will be conducted in pen and paper mode in a single day and single shift. The NEET exam date 2025 will be announced soon at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates wishing to appear in the NEET entrance exam must be aware of the NEET 2025 exam mode.

The NEET UG will be held in offline mode for a time duration of 3 Hours and 20 Minutes. A total of 200 multiple choice questions will be asked in the NEET exam from Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) subjects. Students have to answer only 180 MCQ. NEET 2025 will be conducted by NTA in pen and paper mode not online. As per the notice released by the NTA, NEET UG 2025 will be held in pen and paper mode in a single day and single shift. The exam is held in 13 languages. Earlier, there were speculations that NEET UG 2025 exam mode will be changed to online mode. However, with the latest announcement by NTA, the mode of NEET exam will remain the same like previous years.

The NTA has confirmed that NEET UG will be conducted in pen and paper mode (OMR based). The announcement of NEET paper mode 2025 has ended speculations about changing of NEET in online mode. "As decided by the National Medical Commission, it is informed that the NEET (UG) 2025 shall be conducted in Pen and Paper mode (OMR based) in Single day and Single Shift.” reads the NTA notice. The expert committee headed by former ISRO chief K. Radhakrishnan had recommended online conduct of NEET 2025 exam in multiple phases. However, the NTA has decided to conduct the NEET in offline mode like previous years.
