    Can You Get NEET Admit Card 2026 via SMS?

    No, you cannot get your NEET 2026 admit card via SMS. The National Testing Agency does not send the NEET Admit Card via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Although NTA might send the SMS alerts or Email notifications to inform that the admit card has been released. They do not contain the admit card itself and candidates cannot directly get their NEET UG hall ticket 2026 on their mobile messages.

    Can You Get NEET Admit Card 2026 on WhatsApp?

    No, you cannot get the admit card of NEET 2026 on whatsapp through the NTA’s whatsapp channel. The whatsapp channel of NTA is only to provide the important and latest updates of NTA’s exam. It can only be used for information purposes.

    How to Download NEET Admit Card 2026 (Official Method)

    The admit card of NEET UG 2026 can only be downloaded from the official website and Digilocker. No other means is available to download the NEET 2026 admit card. To download the NEET admit card 2026 from official website, students need to follow these steps -

    • Go to the official website

    • Click on the NEET UG 2026 admit card download link provided under the candidate activity section

    • Enter the NEET 2026 application number and password

    • Enter the captcha code and click on the submit button

    • The admit card of NEET 2026 will appear

    • Save and download 2-3 copies of the admit card

    Why Doesn’t NTA Send NEET 2026 Admit Card via SMS?

    There are several important reasons why the National Testing Agency does not provide the NEET UG 2026 admit card through SMS:

    1. Security reasons

    The admit card contains sensitive personal information such as your name, roll number, exam centre details, photograph, and signature. Sending such confidential data via SMS is not secure and may lead to misuse or data leaks.

    2. Large file size of NEET 2026 admit card

    The NEET UG admit card is issued as a PDF document, which includes multiple details and instructions. SMS services only support text messages and cannot deliver files like PDFs, making it technically impossible to send the admit card via SMS.

    3. Verification and authenticity

    Downloading the admit card through the official website ensures that candidates access the correct and latest version. The login process (using application number and password) helps verify the candidate’s identity and prevents fraud or duplication.

    4. Error correction and updates

    In case of any updates or corrections in the admit card, candidates can easily download the revised version from the official portal. This is not possible if the admit card is sent through SMS.

    With 208 marks in Re-Neet it is unlikely that you will get a government seat in MBBS or in BAMS. Scores for government seats generally go upto 500 to 600. Admission also depends on the category type and state quota.
