Step 1: NEET MDS Counselling Registration And Fee Payment
Eligible candidates need to register online through the counselling portal within the prescribed dates by providing the required details. After registration, candidates must pay the prescribed non-refundable registration fee and the refundable security deposit through the online payment gateway.

Step 2: Choice Filling And Locking
Registered candidates have to select their preferred MDS colleges in the order of preference. They can add, modify, or rearrange their choices before the deadline. Once satisfied with the preferences, candidates must lock their choices before the specified deadline. If choices are not locked manually, they are auto-locked by the system after the choice-filling period ends.
Step 3: Seat Allotment Result
The counselling authority prepares the seat allotment list based on the candidate's NEET MDS rank, category, seat availability, reservation policy, and choices filled. The NEET MDS counselling 2026 allotment result is published online.
Step 4: Downloading Seat Allotment Letter
Candidates allotted a seat in the NEET MDS counselling 2026, have to download the provisional seat allotment letter from the counselling portal for further admission formalities.
Step 5: Reporting And Document Verification
Candidates must report to the allotted institute within the specified time for document verification, payment of the admission fee, and confirmation of admission. Failure to report within the deadline may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
