The NEET OMR response sheet 2026 will contain the answers marked by candidates during the examination. NTA has already released the provisional answer keys of NEET 2026 for all codes on May 6, 2026 from which candidates can tally their responses with the response sheet. The response sheet of NEET 2026 is an important document because it allows candidates to verify whether their answers were recorded correctly during the examination process.
The NEET 2026 challenge window is expected to open shortly after the release of the OMR response sheet. Through the challenge facility, candidates can object to any answer in the provisional answer key or challenge their recorded responses if they believe there is an error. Students will have to submit their objections online within the given deadline by paying the required fee for each challenged question.
Once released, candidates can download the NEET 2026 OMR response sheet by following these steps:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the NEET 2026 objection window after releasing the provisional answer key. To challenge any answer or recorded response, candidates need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.200 for each question challenged. The NEET 2026 answer key challenge fee payment can be made using Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, and UPI.
Students can calculate their marks using the recorded responses in the NEET 2026 OMR sheet by following the official marking scheme:
After the NEET 2026 objection window closes, NTA experts will review all objections submitted by candidates. Based on valid challenges, the authority may revise answers and release the final answer key of NEET 2026. Once the final answer key is released, the NTA will declare the NEET result 2026 in the form of scorecards.

Yes, NEET allows marksheets from two different boards to be considered for NEET. However, there are certain conditions that need to be met first.
When the marksheets are combined, it should show that you have cleared the PCB/M and English as primary subjects.
