To challenge the Re NEET 2026 OMR sheet, candidates need to follow these steps -
Visit the official Re NEET 2026 website and log in using the NEET 2026 application number and password.
Click on the OMR Challenge option.
Select the question(s) you want to challenge.
Choose the answer that you actually marked in the exam.
Review all the details carefully and click Final Submit.
Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
After submission, NTA will verify the challenge using the original OMR record. If the challenge is found to be correct, the OMR data will be updated. However, NTA will not send any separate notification regarding the verification result.
