To apply for management quota seats in Karnataka private medical colleges, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have completed an examination at the level of 10 + 2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as the core subjects.
at least 50% marks for General Category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBCs.
Entrance Test:
NEET UG 2025 must be qualified with the minimum cut-off percentile prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Candidates under management quota may be Karnataka students or non-Karnataka students.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) manages the entire procedure relating to MBBS admissions, including registration, document verification, and counseling. The entire procedure is as follows:
Visit the KEA website.
Register yourself online by providing your NEET UG 2025 application number and other details.
Fill in the application form with all your academic as well as personal details.
Uploading Documents, which include the following:
NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
Marksheets of classes 10 & 12
Caste/Category Certificate (as applicable)
Proof of Identity
Pay the online counseling fee via KEA payment gateway.
Thus, undergo document verification (mostly offline at KEA centres).
Choice filling and locking will occur at the online counseling rounds.
The KEA is going to release a merit list based on the NEET UG 2025 scores.
Qualified candidates may participate in online choice filling for the preferred colleges and types of quota associated therewith.
Seat allotment depends on the NEET rank and preferences along with the availability of seats.
Selected candidates are supposed to pay the first-year tuition fee and report to the college allotted for verification of the original documents.
