AFMC NEET MBBS Counselling 2018 – The Armed Forces Medical College, Pune conducted AFMC MBBS 2018 counselling on June 23, 2018. The result of the counselling process in the form of admission list has been released on July 7, 2018. Candidates included in the list must report at AFMC, Pune from July 11, 2018 onwards. The counselling of AFMC NEET MBBS 2018 was conducted in offline mode. AFMC MBBS counselling 2018 includes ToELR (Test of English Language Comprehension & Logical Reasoning), document verification, Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), medical examination and Personal Interview by the Board of Officers. AFMC, Pune has released the list of candidates who selected for admission to MBBS courses. The admission list was released on July 7, 2018, and the candidates seeking admission must report at the allotted time schedule. AFMC has released the list of documents which are required at the time of admission. Candidates will also be required to bring a certain type of clothing along with other items. Highlights of AFMC NEET MBBS 2018 Counselling
The counselling of AFMC MBBS 2018 was conducted by Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.
AFMC MBBS 2018 counselling was conducted in offline mode.
The candidates whose names were displayed in AFMC MBBS merit list 2018 became eligible to attend the different rounds of AFMC MBBS counselling 2018.
The candidates need to score the specified cutoff marks in NEET UG 2018 to be included in AFMC MBBS merit list 2018.
AFMC MBBS 2018 counselling sessions includes document verification, ToELR (Test of English Language Comprehension & Logical Reasoning), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), medical examination and Interview by the Board of Officers.
The marks scored in NEET 2018 and ToELR will be added and the total sum will be divided by 4. Further, 50 marks of the interview will be added to the result obtained. These marks will be considered as the final marks for admissions to AFMC MBBS.
What is ToELR for AFMC MBBS?
The ToELR (Test of English Language Comprehension & Logical Reasoning) is an online Computer Based Test (CBT) which consists of 40 questions. The test is of 80 marks and there is negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer. The candidates will be provided 30 minutes to complete the test.
The candidates who scored at least or more than the cutoff marks required to take admission to AFMC MBBS 2018 became eligible to take ToELR. The marks scored in ToELR are added to NEET 2018 score. These marks are out of 800 (720 marks for NEET 2018 and 80 marks for ToELR). The total is divided by 4 to get the actual score out of 200. The marks scored in the personal interview out of 50 are added and a final total of 250 marks are considered for the further admission process.

AFMC MBBS Counselling 2018: Procedure
1. The candidates are required to report to the allotted centre. AFMC MBBS 2018 counselling is conducted in two sessions.
2. The candidates who are reporting in the morning session have to attend the rounds in the order given below -
Document Verification at 8.00 am,
Interview by the board of officers at 02.00 pm, and
Medical Examination will be conducted at 8.00 am on the next day.
3. The candidates who are reporting in the afternoon session have to attend the rounds in this order -
Document Verification at 12.30 pm,
Interview by the board of officers at 9.00 am on the next day, and
Medical Examination will be conducted at 02.00 pm.
4. The result of these tests has been published on July 7, 2018. These shortlisted candidates will be required to report at AFMC, Pune at the allotted date and time to take admission.
