    • Male students: Wear light, half-sleeve clothes with simple trousers. No shoes—only slippers or sandals.

    Are Sick Candidates Allowed to Appear for NEET 2026?

    Yes, candidates with common illnesses are permitted to enter the NEET 2026 exam centre. However, if a student has a contagious disease or serious medical condition, the authorities may take additional precautions for the safety of other candidates and staff members. Therefore, if a candidate is seriously ill on the NEET 2026 exam day, they are advised to report at the exam centre early and let authorities know about the condition.
