The Children/Widows (CW) Quota is a reservation category for the dependents of Defence personnel. Candidates belonging to this category are considered for admission under specific reservation provisions after qualifying NEET UG. Candidates wishing admission under DU CW quota, have to qualify for the medical entrance exam, and appear for the MCC NEET counselling. Once candidates are allotted a seat through MCC under 85% DU quota, they have to fill an application form at the FMSC website.
Candidates applying for MBBS seats under CW quota in DU, have to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Candidates must be of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2026.
Candidates must have qualified for the NEET 2026 exam.
Candidates must have passed Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board through a school located in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
Applicants must be physically fit.
The DU MBBS admission 2026 for CW quota is conducted by the MCC. If candidates are allotted an MBBS seat in DU through NEET counselling, they have to complete the registration process at FMSC portal. Go to the official website: fmsc.du.ac.in.
Go to ‘Courses -> Undergraduate Courses (MBBS/BDS)’ and click on the MBBS/BDS Admission link.
Click on the online registration link available under the ‘Course Updates- UG (MBBS/BDS)’ section.
As a first-time user, create a new account by entering your NEET 2026 roll number and date of birth.
Verify the displayed details and click ‘Confirm’ if all the information is correct.
Enter a valid mobile number and email ID, as these will be used for future admission-related communication.
Create a password for the registration account and complete the registration.
Log in using your registered email ID and password to fill out the online admission form.
Check all the entered details carefully, as changes are not allowed after submission.
Click on ‘Save’ and proceed to upload the required documents, photograph, and signature.
Pay the prescribed registration DU MBBS registration fee 2026 online and submit the application form.

Self-attested copy of the Character Certificate issued by the last attended school or a Gazetted Officer.
Self-attested copy of the Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) certificate, (if applicable)
Self-attested copy of the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, (if applicable)
Self-attested copy of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, (if applicable)
Self-attested copy of the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) certificate, (if applicable)

Candidates allotted a seat in MBBS course under Delhi University are required to execute a Surety Bond of Rs3 lakh with two sureties at the time of provisional admission. Admission is considered valid only after the surety bond is submitted in the prescribed format. The DU MBBS admission surety bond format is made available at the official website of FMSC. The surety bond amount is payable in the following situations:
If a candidate surrenders the allotted seat after joining the institute in violation of the MCC rules.
If a candidate leaves the MBBS course before completing it.
If the admission or registration is cancelled by the University due to unsatisfactory academic performance, misconduct, or indiscipline.
