The highest marks in NEET UG 2025 were secured by Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan, who scored a whopping 686 out of 720. He also achieved the All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) with a 99.9999547 percentile, as confirmed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) with the release of the NEET 2025 toppers list.
