    MCC NEET 2026 Counselling Schedule LIVE: MCC counselling dates soon; check top MBBS, BDS colleges, cut-offs

    According to the MCC seat matrix, the NEET UG 2026 counselling process will cover more than 1.36 lakh MBBS seats across 823 medical colleges for the 2026-27 academic session. Additionally, as per the Dental Council of India (DCI), counselling will be conducted for 27,868 BDS seats offered by 319 dental colleges nationwide. These seats will be filled through the MCC counselling process based on NEET UG 2026 ranks and eligibility criteria.

    The NEET 2026 exam was conducted across 552 exam centres in India and 14 centres abroad.     To calculate your expected marks, use the formula below:

    NEET Score = (4 × Number of Correct Answers) - (1 × Number of Incorrect Answers)

    For example, if you got 80 correct answers and 10 wrong answers in Biology:

    Unfortunately, with a score of 378 and an AIR of (3,31,598), you will not be able to secure a government medical seat anywhere in India, including Maharashtra, under both the All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota.
