Candidates must be an Indian Citizen. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) can also apply.
Candidates must possess a BDS degree from a recognized dental college in India.
Candidates must have a permanent or provisional registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council.
Aspirants must have completed compulsory rotatory internship by the specified cutoff date.
To fill the application form, candidates must first register themselves at the official website on the specified NEET MDS 2026 registration dates. The NEET MDS registration process can be checked below.
Go to the official website: nbe.edu.in.
Click on the ‘NEET MDS’ tab.
Under the 2026 session, click on the ‘Application Link’ and then on ‘New Candidate Registration’.
Read the instructions carefully and click on the ‘I Agree’ tab.
In the provided space, enter your name, date of birth, gender, nationality and other asked details.
Enter a valid mobile number and email address and click on ‘Submit’.
The registration ID and password are sent to the registered email address and mobile number.
Once candidates have registered themselves, they have to complete the application form. To fill the NEET MDS application form, candidates are required to follow the instructions mentioned below.

Click on the ‘NEET MDS’ tab.
Under the 2026 session, click on the ‘Application Link’ and then on ‘Login’.
Enter the registration ID, password and captcha code.
Enter personal information and qualification details.
Upload the documents required for NEET MDS application form in the specified format.
Fill preferences for NEET MDS exam centres.
Pay the application form fee and click on ‘Submit’.
A confirmation page is generated.
Download the NEET MDS 2026 confirmation page for future reference.

In NEET MDS, the All India 50% category rank is your rank among candidates of the same category (like OBC, SC, ST) only for AIQ 50% seats. It helps in category-wise seat allotment during counseling. The lower the rank, the better your chances in your category.
With 211 marks in NEET MDS 2025, getting Endodontics in government colleges is very unlikely due to high cutoffs. However, you may have a chance in some private colleges or deemed universities where the competition is lower. Keep an eye on counselling rounds and management quota seats.
