Dr Sonali: It still hasn’t sunk in that I got a single-digit rank but I am happy!
Dr Sonali: I am Dr Sonali and I have done my MBBS from RIMS, Ranchi and I am basically from Jharkhand and I have recently joined AIIMS, Patna for OBGYN Residency
Dr Sonali: I took INI-CET in May 2024 and got Rank 800 and I joined AIIMS, Patna
Dr Sonali: The moment NEET-PG got postponed I decided to join AIIMS, as I could not prepare for the last 1 month
Dr Sonali: I gave a baseline Grand Test first for which I scored around 400, so I was sure that I did not have to read everything again. So when I started my preparation during internship, I did Marrow Revision Videos and solved MCQs related to it and focused on PYQs of INI-CET, NEET-PG and FMGE. And I have done multiple revisions for the same.
Dr Sonali: I used Marrow as my primary source to prepare, I started in 2nd year and watched almost all videos by the time I came to internship.
Dr Sonali: I used to give Marrow Grand tests frequently, to solve the 200 questions in 3 hours. I would not look to solve for the marks but to just practice those questions in that duration for time management and to practice a variety of questions.
Dr Sonali: I was relaxed on the day of taking the exam as I had a college, so I went and took the exam without feeling any pressure about the outcome.
Dr Sonali: Firstly, Analyse where you stand by giving a Grand test to figure out which subjects to focus on and what the exam wants from you. Think practically, you can’t read everything. Analyse what the examiner also wants, and study accordingly.

Hello aspirant,
With a rank of 1760 in the NTRUHS PG management quota (B-category) and belonging to the AU region, getting a clinical seat is possible but mostly in the mid or lower-demand branches. High-demand clinical courses like Radiology, Dermatology and General Medicine generally close at much lower ranks, but seats in branches such as ENT, Opthalmology, Psychiatry, Anesthesia or General Surgery may still be available depending on this year's vacancy movement during later rounds. Keep track of round - wise allotments for clearer chances.

Hello,
Your chances of securing an MD seat in government colleges are extremely low with 120349 NEET PG 2025 rank. However, you may still have chances in private medical colleges, deemed universities, or less competitive branches depending on your category and state quota.

Hope it helps.
Hello,
With an All India rank of around 82,471 and UP state rank around 4,633 , your chances for MS Surgery in government colleges are very low. You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.
Choice filling strategy:
Top: Private/deemed colleges in UP for Surgery.
Backup: Other clinical branches (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology) in private/deemed colleges.
Safe: Non-clinical or less competitive branches in private/deemed colleges.
Tips:
Check fees, bond, and stipend before choosing.
Be flexible with branch and college to secure a seat.
You have a non-zero chance if you focus on private/deemed colleges and plan your choices wisely.
Hope it helps !
