The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the official answer key of Re NEET 2026. The NTA Re NEET answer key 2026 will be released online at the official website neet.nta.nic.in. As per the previous trends, it is expected that Re NEET answer key 2026 by NTA will be released on June 24, 2026. NTA will first release the provisional Re NEET 2026 answer key and allow students to challenge it. Once the challenge window is closed, the final ReNEET 2026 answer key will be released. Along with the provisional Re NEET 2026 answer key, candidates can also download their Re NEET 2026 OMR response sheet. The NEET OMR response sheet mentions the responses marked by students in their answer sheet on the exam day. In case any students feel that the answer provided by the NTA in the provisional answer key is wrong, they can challenge it.

To challenge the NEET 2026 answer key, log in to the official NTA website using your application number. Select the question you want to challenge, choose your alternative correct option, and upload supporting proof from NCERT textbooks. Finally, pay the non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question online to submit challenge.
Candidates challenging the Re NEET 2026 answer key will be required to pay a non-refundable fee for each question. Only challenges submitted within the given period will be considered for review.

Once the provisional answer key of Re NEET 2026 is out by NTA, students are allowed to challenge it if the answer provided by NTA is not correct. To challenge the NTA answer key 2026 of Re NEET, candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.200 per question.
Once the challenge window is closed, NTA examines the received challenges and then releases the final Re NEET 2026 answer key. The final answer key of Re NEET 2026 cannot be challenged and based on it, the NEET UG result 2026 is declared.
To challenge the provisional answer key of Re NEET 2026, candidates need to follow these steps.
Visit the Official NTA NEET Website, neet.nta.nic.in
Log in using the NEET 2026 Application Number and Password
Click on the "Challenge Answer Key" or "Answer Key Objection" link on the candidate activity section.
Select the specific test booklet/ Re NEET 2026 paper code (Code 50, 60, 70, or 80).
Go through the questions and select the specific Question ID the candidate wants to challenge
Select the option candidate believes is correct from the given choices.
Upload supporting evidence that supports option selected by the candidate is the right answer (such as scanned pages or references from NCERT textbooks)
Click on "Save your Claim".
Proceed to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per challenged question using a Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Submit the form and download the confirmation receipt for future reference.
