The Chandigarh GMCH application form 2026 is released in online mode. In the application form, aspirants have to choose whether they are applying for MBBS or BDS or for both courses. If aspirants want to apply for both MBBS and BDS courses, they must select both options in the form. The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
Candidates must be at least 17 years as on December 31, 2026.
Aspirants must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. Aspirants must pass each of these subjects individually.
The minimum qualifying marks in the above-mentioned subjects are 50% for General candidates, 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates, and 45% for PwD candidates.
An aspirant appearing/appeared in Class 12 or other equivalent qualifying examination in 2026 where the result is awaited can also apply. However, he/she shall not be eligible for admission, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required percentage prior to the first round of counselling.
Admission to MBBS and BDS courses are granted on the grounds of NEET 2026 merit/rank. Therefore, all the applicants are required to qualify for the medical entrance exam by securing the minimum NEET cutoff marks.

Step 1: Registration
Aspirants have to register themselves first in order to apply for Chandigarh MBBS/BDS admission 2026. To start the registration process, candidates are advised to enter their name, valid email ID, and phone number. Candidates have to select a unique password and confirm it. Once the registration is successful, the registration ID is generated which is the default user ID.
Step 2: Filling the Chandigarh MBBS 2026 application form
Aspirants need to log in to the newly created account using their registration number and password. After login, they are redirected to the Chandigarh MBBS application form 2026, in which they need to fill in all the relevant sections like 10+2 marks, rank secured in NEET 2026.
Step 3: Uploading the relevant documents
