Chandigarh MBBS Application Form 2019 - Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Chandigarh has released the application form of Chandigarh MBBS 2019 on June 10, 2019. Chandigarh MBBS application form 2019 is available in online mode only and has to be submitted before the last date which is June 24, 2019, up to 4:00 PM. A link to fill the registration form has been provided below in the article. Candidates who have qualified NEET in the current academic session can apply; such candidates will, however, need to meet all prescribed eligibility criteria to be considered for admission. The application filling process includes steps like registration, filling of the application form, uploading of documents and payment of the fee. Only those candidates who duly fill the application form will be included in the merit list of Chandigarh MBBS 2019, which will be the basis of counselling and seat allotment. Candidates must know that Chandigarh MBBS Admission 2019 is conducted for filling MBBS seats belonging to UT Chandigarh Pool only. Counselling for All India seats will be conducted by DGHS. Admission under both the schemes, however, will be based on NEET 2019 scores/merit.

The candidate has to register only once, at the start of the counselling process. Also, only one application form has to be filled whether one is applying for MBBS/BDS or both the courses. To start the registration process, enter the name, valid email Id and mobile number. Next, select a unique password and confirm it. If the registration is successful, the registration ID will be generated, which will the default user id.
Step 2 - Filling of application form
The candidate will have to log in to the newly created account using registration number and password. Upon login, the candidate will be redirected to the application form. Fill in all the relevant sections in the Chandigarh MBBS 2019 application form like 10+2 marks, NEET 2019 rank and score.
Step 3 - Uploading of documents
In this step, scanned images of photograph and signature have to be uploaded. The acceptable image format is JPG while the maximum permitted file size is 20 KB.

Step 4 - Payment of application fee
This is the final step in the application process, except for NRI candidates. The application fee can be paid in online mode using the SBI Collect option. Just remember that the application fee is category-specific, so one needs to pay the fee corresponding to the category they belong to.

The applicant before starting the application filling process must ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria of Chandigarh MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2019. Among the key Chandigarh MBBS 2019 eligibility criteria the candidate needs to meet include that of age limit, qualifying exam passed and minimum marks.
Nationality: Indian national are eligible for admission to UT Chandigarh Pool and All India quota seats.
Domicile: Candidate who is a domicile of Chandigarh may apply.
Age limit: The candidate must be no younger than 17 years as on December 31, 2019. Maximum age limit allowed is 25 years as on May 7, 2019.
Qualifying Exam: Must have passed 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. The candidate must pass each of these subjects individually.
Minimum marks in qualifying marks: Must have passed qualifying exam scoring minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. Relaxation in minimum marks applies to reserved category candidates.
Admission to MBBS and BDS courses will be based on NEET 2019 merit/rank. So all applicants need to qualify NEET 2019.

see one candidate can only apply for one type of category. in neet ug form there is option for obc ncl, sebc is comes under obc-ncl and if family income is less than 6 lakhs you may apply in obc ncl. however ews certificate is for general category candidates who dont have any other reservation criteria and whose family income is less than 8 lakhs per annum, also they have to satisfy the asset and income criteria to become eligible for ews. and you need to have valid documents for proof of ews or obc-ncl criteria. so I would suggest you to choose the category which you have legal documents on behalf of it.
