Click on ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’
Log in using the NEET application number, password or date of birth and security code.
Click on ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’
The NEET questions will be be displayed in the sequential order
Now select the booklet code
Select the question for challenge along with the correct answer and provide a justification by uploading the supporting documents.
After choosing the desired option, click on the ‘Save your Claim’ to proceed
Check the submitted challenges
Pay the challenging fee of Rs.200 per question using credit card, debit card or net banking.
Download and save the answer key challenge receipt.
Take printouts of the same for future use.
The NTA releases the NEET response sheet 2025 at neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET OMR sheet 2025 is released along with the provisional answer key of NEET UG 2025.
